There’s a Right Way to Build a Project
At Core Construction, we take an owner’s representative approach.
That means we work together with the owner/developer early in the project. In addition, we’re involved throughout the design process to provide input regarding costs, schedules and potential project challenges.
Christopher Griffin, the owner of Core Construction Management, has 30 years’ experience in commercial construction. He started in the field as a young man, working as a carpenter, in project supervision and then in project management. From small renovations to $25 million-dollar new construction projects, Griffin’s experience includes completing hundreds of successful projects working for prominent general contractors and developers.
Christopher Griffin also has vast experience as an estimator with a large real estate development firm, which provided a wealth of knowledge about project builds across the country and in various business sectors. Working on the development side offered great insight to costs and processes that many in the construction industry do not have. This combination of experience as a project manager and estimator – as well as someone who has worked in the field – means that Griffin and Core Construction Management can cut through issues and come up with unique and effective solutions.
